Newton County Georgia, Rockdale County Georgia.  The Salem Road Corridor Association was a key contributor for the design and production of the Salem Road Corridor Overlay, a progressive and modern zoning ordinance for Rockdale County Georgia that improves aesthetics and provides for smart growth and a balance between commerical, residential and industrial zoning requirements.
